"Melissa was amazing! We are young adults and have a beautiful baby boy who we wanted to find the perfect home to raise him in. Melissa helped every step of the way. She was very good at explaining each step we had to take to look for homes, what to look for, and the process when we bid on one. We couldn't imagine putting our trust in anyone else for this task. The only thing I wish was we could done was negotiated more. Overall though Melissa made this a great experience for us. She was very kind, polite, and took care of us constantly. Now all we have to do now is grow old togethet and watch our son grow up. Thank you for everything and God bless!"

"We contacted Melissa to begin our search for a home around the end of July. She sent us addresses of available properties in the area we wanted. She helped answer our questions, arranged visits to these properties, and when we found the one we wanted, made the process very easy to send an offer, get inspections, and get to closing. She set aside time/days for us in case we needed to view more homes or to accompany us to an inspection. I felt I was in good hands, and we felt more like friends than just clients. We appreciate all she did for us and still allows us to contact her if we have questions."

"Melissa was my first experience with a realtor as it was my first time buying a house. I couldn't have asked for a more sincere and personable realtor. I cannot express how comfortable she made me feel asking questions (often the same) as a new home buyer. She took into consideration exactly what I was looking for in a home and what I could afford. She looked out for me just as she would her own family, which is what I felt like family. At times I was unsure of my finances and Melissa made it work by giving my options an giving me all the information I needed. She even made signing all those endless documents easy by online e-signing. Melissa is a classy, well-dressed, proficient and experienced realtor but she is more than that..she is family to you. I am currently in my new home and loving every decision I made. Melissa was flexible with my schedule as I am a nurse working in an ICU and rotate day/night shift as well as picking up extra shifts. Often I was late to appointments and Melissa was nothing less than professional at all times and always flexible if there was a change in plans. She was present and available throughout the entire process! She has even made herself available after the closing process to ensure a smooth transition. What else can I say?!
